As the need for better understanding of cultures, religions, and identities grows, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) continues to lead the way on campus in providing diversity trainings and workshops, especially for faculty and staff.

In addition to these and our consulting services for individual departments and workgroups, D&I hosts the annual THINKposium, an all-day event focused on a diversity theme. THINKposium provides opportunities for meaningful dialogue, giving participants the time to explore solutions to issues of oppression created by marginalization, interact in small groups, and be inspired by a keynote speaker.
